Dr. Vukelic has a case study in Dr. Shoemaker's new book, The Art and Science of CIRS Medicine. The case study is called POTS and CIRS and discusses the common issue of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). POTS may occur in the context of reduced antidiuretic hormone (ADH) and hypovolemia. Many patients with POTS can experience lightheadedness, dizziness and may even faint.
