Dr. Vukelic does not accept insurance because insurance doesn’t cover the time, depth, or conditions needed to treat complex chronic illnesses effectively. ​
 

Dr. Vukelic charges $600 per hour for all labor related to standard medical services, including visits (like osteopathy, telemedicine, and in-person visits), email, phone calls, and communication. Payment is due at the time of service. The initial intake fee for The Shoemaker Protocol starts at $1200 and takes about 2 hours. If you have extensive questions or medical records that exceed 2 hours, the time will be billed at $600 per hour. The time needed for a given appointment depends on the patient's questions, medical history and records, environmental complexity, and individual needs.  The 2nd appointment is typically 1 hour to review labs.

She does not work with insurance for coverage. She will not provide your insurance company with superbills or ICD-10 codes, nor will she communicate with your insurance company.

Legal work and The Bredsen Protocol (ReCODE 2.0) are contracted separately. 

If you wish to do the Bredesen Protocol, you must sign up directly through Apollo Health. The software is proprietary, and Dr. Vukelic can only access it directly through Apollo Health. Once you join, you can review pricing for the ReCODE packages and select her as a physician on Apollo’s Website.
